The Second Rossijan Civil War (990‐997),was a civil war in the Continent. In 993 Rossijan government declared independence from the Union and organaized the Rossijan Army based on militiamen and volunteers.
This is the narrow sence of the outbreak of war. However sanguinary collisions began in 990. The couse of the all collisions was a single bullet. A soldier of Union Force Army shot by mistake a child marching in demonstration against the Union government. The death of a six-year-old girl enraged many people in Rossija and peaceful demonstrations held in all parts of this country turned into acts of group violence including throwing stones, setting fire and attacking on military facilities of the Union.
